Who We Are

We are a second generation Land Surveying company located in West End, NC. 

Ronald O. Graham - Ronnie began surveying in North Carolina in the mid 1970s and became a professionally licensed Surveyor in 1978.  Three short years later, Central Carolina Surveyors P.A. was created. Originally from Cameron, NC, Ronnie operated primarily out of West End serving Moore County and its surrounding counties, but he also worked in Raleigh, Greensboro and as far west as the NC mountains. In his 40+ years of experience Ronnie worked pulling chains and calculating measurements by hand, with today's Robotic Total Stations and with everything else in between. Ronnie worked extensively with the development of Seven Lakes, Pinewild and Tillery Traditions Country Club.  Sadly, Ronnie passed on June 18th, 2024 just one day before his 73rd birthday.  Today we work to continue his legacy and honor the quality work that he has done in his time as professional land surveyor in NC.

Devon Graham - Devon began learning the trade of surveying from his father when he first started working during summers and breaks of high school in the early 2000s. After continuing to develop his trade throughout college, Devon worked in the automotive industry in Cary and Raleigh from 2008 until 2015. Now back into the family business, Devon has completed the requirements to become a professional Land Surveyor in NC and continues to follow Ronnie's footsteps practicing Land Surveying.  Originally from Seven Lakes, Devon enjoys watching professional football and soccer, as well as, cycling, camping, hiking and boating.  Devon lives in Browns Summit with his wife, Shana, two children, Isla and River, and dog Winnie.
